Interim OB Director -13 week contract, 40 hours per week. Responsible for providing leadership at Hi-Desert Medical Center, a level III Trauma Center with 12 beds on the OB floor. Averages 20-30 deliveries per month. Must be comfortable with providing bedside support when needed.

Qualifications:
Required: • Current California RN license, ACLS, BLS, NRP (American Heart Association) • Bachelor's degree in Nursing • Three (3) years clinical experience • Current knowledge of the field, with evidence of ongoing continuing education • Progressive healthcare experience including at least two years supervisory experience • Basic computer competence (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and EMR software) • Superior verbal and written skills to communicate with people on all levels and able to maintain positive working relationships with patient, families, physicians and co-workers • Demonstrated competence as a leader/ previous management experience required
Preferred: • Master's degree in Nursing • Minimum Data Set 3.0 certification (RAC-CT)
