JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:


  • Answering phones

  • Receiving customers

  • Assist with HR duties such as new hire processing, filing, assist with HR training, documenting and other administrative duties.

  • Process all outgoing and incoming mail.

  • Assist with monthly inventory

  • Adjust / Verify various reports

  • Misc. errands; bank, tag office, package drop-offs.

  • Other duties as assigned
