Provide ongoing support and tailored solutions that enhance their decision-making processes and educational outcomes.Solution Development: Assist in the development and refinement of data-driven tools and solutions, ensuring they are effectively tailored to meet the specific needs of our partners.Project Collaboration: Collaborate with other members of the data team and cross-functional teams to contribute to larger projects and initiatives, ensuring the integration and alignment of data analysis with overall strategic goals.Innovation and Improvement: Continuously explore new data sources, analytical techniques, and technological advancements to enhance the analytics capabilities of the team.Knowledge Sharing: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in education data analytics and share relevant findings and best practices with the team to foster a learning environment.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Education, or a related field.2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in an educational or EdTech setting.Proficiency with data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, R, Python, Tableau).Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.Ability to work On-site at our Fresno, CA office.
