3+ years' experience in residential/home building construction
Proficient with the use of office equipment and computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Outlook.
Experience with client facing interaction and meetings
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks/projects with little supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Develop scopes of work, budget, and schedule
Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities • Facilitate internal processes including budgets, scheduling, customer selections and updates. • Key support to project managers. • Assist in bidding and buying scopes of work in the ID drawings. • Maintain control of all plans including specifications and revisions to ensure the construction team is in possession of all current documents. • Coordinate and conduct pre-construction meetings as well as final selections. • Assist in processing change orders. • Use Procore software effectively.
