An internationally known e-commerce retailer is looking for a Project Coordinator with experience in Telecom Expense Management (TEM) processes and billing to join their team in Northern Colorado ASAP!
As a TEM Project Coordinator, you will support various business groups, sites, and users with telecom procurement, maintenance, escalations, billing review and resolution and more.
Key day to day responsibilities of this role include:
Provide support to assigned projects and/or programs within the TEM umbrella
Manage wireline and wireless billing through contracted services or portals, working with vendor teams, Accounts Payable, and business users to resolve issues.
Provide monthly optimizations and savings reporting.
Manage mobility and telecom vendors, including engagement, QBRs, contracts, and AP escalations.
Coordinate escalated repair issues with vendors.
Provide end-of-month reporting for various departments
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a business consultant or equivalent, with a focus on telecom management.
Familiarity with telco carriers, contracts, and operations.
Familiarity with telecom management terms, platforms, and services, preferably Tangoe.
