The State of New Jersey's Treasury Department is seeking a Verastream Host Integrator (VHI) Developer to help code the interface between a web application and the mainframe. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience with VHI, 5+ years of experience with .NET Programming, and 5+ years of developing code that enables the mainframe to automate processes.
The VHI Developer will be tasked to:
Develop code that enables the mainframe to automate processes
Conduct unit testing
Modernize access to mainframe applications by employing .NET interfaces to facilitate integration with mobile apps, cloud solutions, enterprise systems, and desktop applications
Deliver applications according to deadlines with minimal bugs
Analyze and document existing processes
Demonstrate the ability to work well with others
Work independently with minimal supervision to complete tasks in a timely manner
Document completed solutions to facilitate long-term maintainability
Communicate well with technical and non-technical personnel
