About the Role:

As an SDR Manager, you will be instrumental in driving our sales success by leading and managing a team of Sales Development Representatives. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring that the team efficiently qualifies leads, schedules appointments, and works closely with the sales team to turn prospects into loyal customers. You'll be tasked with developing strategies, setting ambitious goals, optimizing workflows, and recruiting top-tier talent to enhance the performance and effectiveness of the SDR team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team of SDRs to consistently achieve and surpass sales goals.
  • Provide continuous coaching, constructive feedback, and targeted training to equip SDRs with the necessary skills and knowledge for success.
  • Regularly review and refine scripts, email templates, and outreach strategies to stay aligned with industry trends and evolving customer needs.
  • Collaborate with leadership to share insights and implement strategies for increased efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze SDR performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and define target markets, ideal customer profiles, and effective outreach strategies.
  • Hire, onboard, and train new SDRs, ensuring they have the tools and support to succeed.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of direct sales management experience, 3+ years of sales development or lead generation, ideally in the SaaS/tech space.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
  • Deep knowledge of sales processes and strategies, with a history of driving growth.
  • Proficiency in sales tech stack (Salesforce, SalesLoft, HubSpot).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize performance.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing processes around underperforming employees, including the development and execution of performance improvement plans to enhance individual contributions and overall team success.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Passion for coaching and developing sales talent
