Our client, a leader in the logistics and transportation industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Experience Department supporting customers, business partners, and delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent organizational skills, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Pompano Beach
Pay Range: $16.00/hr
What's the Job?
Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email to ensure excellent service.
Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.
Monitor the progress of delivery routes.
Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
What's Needed?
Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
1-year related experience, preferably within a call center environment.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Bilingual, English and Spanish preferred
