Responsibilities for the HVAC General Manager:

Create budgets, and sales projections, and manage service inventory policies and pricing.

Requirements for the HVAC General Manager:
Experience Matters:
Minimum of 3-5 years in management.
Sales experience is highly preferred.
Industry: Experience in HVAC preferred.
Certifications: Possess valid EPA certification, with OSHA or NATE certifications considered a plus.
Technology: Service Titan experience preferred.
Customer-Centric: Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must.
Team Player: Ability to work in various settings and participate in on-call rotations with a positive attitude.
Physical Stamina: Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds and working in challenging environments.
Clean Record: Maintain a clean driving record and successfully pass a background check.
