Quality Assurance Manager at Astrix in Chino, California

Job Description:

We are seeking a QA Manager to join a growing personal care product and pharmaceutical manufacturer in Chino. You will be responsible for overseeing quality program & ensure quality standards are being met from a regulatory and client standpoint.

Pay: $100,000 - $120,000/year

Location: Chino, CA

Responsibilities:

• Create schedule for resources based off production.
• Perform investigations of customer complaints and non-conformances.
• Oversee the CAPA program and implement solutions.
• Develop training for QA Team & ensure that compliance with protocols and procedures
• Interface with customers and respond to all inquiries. Provide updates on a regular basis.
• Support continuous improvement of quality systems.
• Evaluate quality metrics using data analytics and KPIs
• Hire, train, disciplinary action

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to solve complex problems
• Strong leadership experience (Training & Development, Performance evaluation, etc.)
• Eagerness to get the work done.
• Ability to apply prior quality concepts to the personal care/cosmetics industries.
• Root cause analysis
