Job Description:

• Location: Mahwah, NJ
• Type: W2 contract (NO C2C OR THIRD PARTY)
• Length: until 3/2025 (Contract extension expectation)
• Pay Rate - $40 - $48 hourly
• Work Authorization - Must be able to work in the U.S. with approved authorization status.

• Medical device experience - preferred
• Continuous improvement experience
• Bachelors degree - preferred

• Designing and improving manufacturing systems and processes to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Implementing process control techniques and equipment which ensure consistent product quality.
• Collaborating with design engineers and other team members to set up production methods that are cost-effective and efficient.
• Conducting tests and evaluations on processes, making necessary adjustments to processes and equipment to meet quality standards.
• Documenting procedures and process changes to maintain a high level of operational safety and compliance with industry standards.
• Maintaining reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs, and changeovers.
• Developing innovative solutions to complex engineering issues.
• Monitoring and analyzing metrics while developing new continuous improvement opportunities.
• Reporting to management on process changes and improvements that might affect other departments.
• Training and supervising staff on new development processes and technology.

• Must be able to work in the United States with current employment authorization documents.
