Job Description:
Must Have:
- 2+ years of strong knowledge of Excel and data analytics (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, Formulas)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Experience with category and retail management.
- Experience with JDA/Blue Yonder
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience executing complex category strategy direction in retail.
Plusses:
- Strong storytelling ability with data to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Experience with other analytics tools and software, such as Power BI, Dataiku, or SQL
- 2+ years of experience with JDA/Blue Yonder Space Planning software
- Demonstrates professional judgement through recommendations, decisions, priority-setting, and analysis of improvement opportunities
- Focus on execution and results

- Adaptable professionally, demonstrating creativity and strength in the face of challenges
- Skilled in building cross-functional relationships that are trusting and collaborative
Day to Day:
- Draw and update modulars for Walmart stores using JDA Space Planning software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including buyers and other cross-functional partners, to implement space plans and optimize sales
- Conduct regular audits of store space and make recommendations for improvements
- Develop and maintain reporting and analytics to track space plan effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
