We are on the search for an administrative professional to take on reception duties for one of our manufacturing clients! The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. This candidate will also be assigned duties as required.
Compensation: 20-24/hr
Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls
Distribute mail
Organization of inbound and outbound mail
Act as first point of contact for visitors
Handle catering and meeting preparation for internal events and conferences
Oversee the kitchen area including inventory management and restocking
Responsible for general administrative work
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Preferred or High school diploma and relevant work experience
Display a strong sense of urgency
Passionate and dedicated team member
Ability to maintain a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Previous office operations experience
