We are seeking candidates who are excited to fuse their administrative, customer service, marketing and operations skills to serve a real estate firm and its agents! This role is fully onsite within a dynamic and bustling office. This is a great opportunity to expand your real estate or administrative toolbelt! This position is fully on site and will start off as a temporary role.
Compensation: $20-$24/hr
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming visitors and prospective clients
Oversee office management duties including managing mail, partnering with vendors, ordering supplies, maintaining an accurate client data
Support the onboarding and preparation of new agents into the business by obtaining paperwork, and explaining internal policies and procedures
Handle social media postings and agent social media accounts to boost marketing efforts
Process reimbursements for agent purchases and expenditures
Coordinate event, marketing and financial needs within the office
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
Prior experience working in a property management or real estate office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven customer service and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
