Responsibilities
Assist with all Board and Committee meeting scheduling, planning and implementation
Execute Board and Committee package assembly, distribution and management
Assist with event planning and management
Conduct scheduling and calendar management
Schedule internal and external meetings
Update and maintain databases (mailing lists, donor and school lists/information)
Update and proofread documents, reports and correspondence
Update and proofread PowerPoint presentations
Update social media content and assist with monitoring social media
Conduct light research and monitor local media for relevant content
Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail
Monitor incoming emails and manage as appropriate
Maintain office filing and document storage
Conduct office administration including monitoring and maintaining of office supplies
Keep office area clean and ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
Minimum 3 years of administrative assistant experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of software products
Experience with light spreadsheet work
