Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to join the Business Execution and Readiness internal communications and awareness. The individual contributor will be responsible to assess business needs, develop and deliver internal communications, and prepare and deliver awareness training across multiple channels to facilitate successful employee adoption of change across Commercial Banking. Additional responsibilities include hosting and coordination of live events, recording voice over PowerPoint and using other strategies to target audiences as appropriate to deliver the right information at the right time. This role is a consultant to other areas within Business Readiness assisting in the overall development and execution of Business Readiness plans.
In this role, you will:
Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business readiness activities to facilitate adoption of change in support of business as usual and change initiatives
Identify opportunities for process improvement through ability to analyze and assess business metrics
Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
Collaborate and consult with peers, leaders and executive management in order to deliver solutions to meet business needs
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
2+ years of Financial Services with a preference for commercial banking
Ability to work with all levels of leaders
Demonstrated ability to consult and translate business information to concise internal communications and/or produce change awareness of materials including presentations
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities; deadline driven
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Leadership and experience with collaborating and consulting with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
Works well both independently and ability to collaborate with a variety of key stakeholders and roles
Tenacity to drive for results
