Wells Fargo is seeking a Loan Servicing Representative in Vendor Invoicing as part of Auto Operations, Transactions and Processing.

In this role, you will:
Review and approve all manual invoices for Auto operations
Receive direction from leadership
Ensure the accuracy of various types of invoices, such as auction, title processing, repossession, etc.
Identify opportunities to improve various areas within Loan Servicing and recommend solutions
Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, and operational tasks
Escalate non-routine questions to more experienced individuals
Use relevant information and independent judgment to review and process invoices while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, client, and company policies, procedures, and regulations
Provide guidance to less experienced peers
Participate in conversations with external vendors and/or internal business partners as needed

Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge and understanding of auto policies and procedures
Systems experience to include CARs, iTop, iRepo, and PeopleSoft, or the equivalent
Customer service experience
Financial services industry experience
Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
