Job Description:

Marysville Post Acute is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Resident Care:
  
  
  
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individual care plans.
  
  
  • Monitor and assess the health status of residents, administering medications, treatments, and interventions as needed.
  
  
  • Evaluate and document residents' progress, making adjustments to care plans as required.
  
  
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  
  
  
  


• 
  Leadership & Teamwork:
  
  
  
  • Supervise and mentor Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and other staff.
  
  
  • Participate in staff meetings and in-service training to promote continuous learning.
  
  
  • Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to maintain continuity of care.

  Compliance & Safety:
  
  
  
  • Ensure all nursing care is provided in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  
  
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and timely clinical documentation.
  
  
  • Uphold infection control protocols and ensure a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment.
  
  
  
  


• 
  Family and Resident Interaction:
  
  
  
  • Communicate with residents and their families regarding care plans, treatment progress, and any concerns.
  
  
  • Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families.
