Productiv Inc is now hiring for a Forklift Operator in Richmond, VA!
Hours: 7:00 am-5:30 pm Monday - Thursday
Job Type: Full-time
Objective: Under direct supervision of the Unit Supervisor, the Forklift Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating all powered equipment while maintaining cleanliness and organization of all warehouse functions.
Scope of responsibilities:
To assist the Unit Clerk in obtaining accurate shipping/receiving receipts
Managing inventory organization
Accurate inventory staging
Maintaining powered equipment upkeep
Confirm all Freight Bill has been confirmed and signed-off on prior to moving product from receiving to Count/Sort staging area
Confirm destination/ location and required markings: pallet tags, labeling (colored cones for visual marking)
Only move material to destruction staging area after identifying completed checklist items and given confirmation by Supervisor, Clerk, or Unit Manager
Properly mark all sorted and documented product in quarantine area prior to destruction. Include pallet tag (see document) with Date time stamp, QTY, and color code
