Job Description:

Eastern Sports Management is currently accepting applications for a Handyman at the Fredericksburg Field House located in Fredericksburg, VA. The Handyman is responsible for various tasks and projects related to the maintenance and upkeep of the Fredericksburg Field House including the physical infrastructure and the developed land/grounds, with an emphasis on simple repairs, maintenance, and upkeep. The Handyman is directly supervised by and reports to the Facilities Director or General Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
General maintenance of the infrastructure including buildings, small equipment, fences, sports equipment, etc.Assist the facilities cleaning crew as neededGeneral repairs of equipment and buildingMaintain and repair all parking areas and pathways in public and non-public areasPerform other assigned task related to this position
