Fred Beans Automotive is immediately hiring a driven and detail-oriented Title Clerk at our Newtown Accounting Office!

Automotive Title Clerk Experience preferred!
This position is full time- Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm

The Title Clerk will be responsible for handling legal transfer documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles. The Title Clerk will have the opportunity to advance within a growing accounting department. We offer Paid Training!

What You'll Do
Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.Ensure that online registration is timely and within state guidelinesMaintain supply of title formsStay Abreast of title regulationsAttend seminars held by local licensing bureaus and trainings on title regulationsStay Current with all PennDOT TrainingPurchase Temporary TagsApprove and process tag agency paymentsOther responsibilities as assigned
