Description: Our client is currently seeking a Mobile Project Manager-HYBRID in Austin, TX


**All candidates must be located near location.**



The Mobile Application Project Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and management of the mobile application.


This role requires ensuring that the project aligns with the organization's strategic objectives, is completed on schedule, within scope and budget, and meets the quality standards expected by stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


1.Project Leadership: oServe as the primary point-of-contact and single-point of accountability for questions and issues related to the mobile application project.


oLead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of a tasks and subtasks defined in the Project Management Plan


oEnsure transparency and effective communication with all stakeholders, including regular project status updates


2.Scope, Schedule, and Budget Management:


oDefine the project scope, develop detailed project plans, and manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely delivery.


oRegularly monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements .


3.Team Coordination:


oLead a multidisciplinary team of professionals from various functional areas, ensuring coordination and collaboration across the project team.


oFoster a productive and positive work environment to ensure high team morale and motivation


4.Stakeholder Engagement:


oMaintain ongoing communication with stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.


oCoordinate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless project execution .


5.Technical Oversight:


oOversee all technical aspects of the mobile application, including software development, system integration, and quality assurance.


oEnsure compliance with technical specifications and standards, particularly related to security, authentication, and data encryption processes .


6.Risk Management:


oConduct proactive risk identification and management, developing mitigation strategies to address potential issues that may impact project success.


oManage the change control process to handle project changes systematically and efficiently


7.Compliance and Quality Assurance:


oEnsure that the mobile application complies with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.


oOversee rigorous testing and validation processes to ensure that the application meets the highest quality standards and delivers a seamless user experience .


8.Documentation and Reporting:


oEnsure comprehensive and accurate documentation of all project activities, including requirements, design, implementation, and testing phases.


oPrepare regular progress reports for senior management and other key stakeholders


9.Post-Implementation Support:


oProvide ongoing support during the post-implementation phase to address any issues and ensure smooth operation of the mobile application.


oOversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate any necessary enhancements or fixes .


Required Skills and Qualifications


•Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


•Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the IT or gaming industry, including experience with mobile application development and deployment.



•Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mobile application development, system integration, and quality assurance processes.


•Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.


•Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.


•Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.


•Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify and manage risks, solve problems proactively, and adapt to changing project requirements.



•Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
