Description: Our client is currently seeking an Inside Sales Engineer - Filtration/Industrial Distribution



Inside Sales Engineer, Filtration




Location: Dallas, NC - 25 miles NW of Charlotte




General Position Overview:



The position supports our outside sales team with application design, quoting, procurement, and project management tasks.



Requirements



•Proficient in both phone and impersonal communication.


•Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.


•Familiar with industrial filtration.


•Demonstrates exceptional time management and organizational abilities.


•Self-motivated and driven.


•Collaborative team member.


•Possesses strong mechanical skills.



Responsibilities



•Collaborate closely with the Outside Sales team to assist with equipment selections and provide accurate customer quotes.


•Oversee filtration projects from conception through the manufacturing process.


•Promote a team approach between engineering, outside and inside sales


•Continuously enhance professional technical expertise through attendance at educational workshops and vendor training sessions.



Educational and Experience


•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar type of degree.


•Experience with rotating equipment and filtration is a plus.


•Experience in industrial distribution is a plus.


•Knowledge of understanding of mechanical systems required.


•Must know and understand project specifications, engineering drawings, and takeoffs.
