Job Summary:
This person will be part of the ORACLE ERP System Transformation Project Team responsible for assisting with the ORACLE implementation across the ASD Plants and Sales Centers. Position will be working with others on the Project Team and travelling to the Plants and/or Sales Centers to ensure timely execution of tasks, efficient communication, and overall successful execution of the Pre-Work and Go-Live activities associated with each implementation. Area of focus is within the Order Management Workstream.Knowledge and Experience:

• 6+ years' experience in related field
• 3+ years' experience with ERP systems, Oracle or SAP preferred.
• An undergraduate degree or applicable experience in engineering, supply chain, customer care, business, or related field.
• Manufacturing/Distribution experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and others.
• Understanding of data manipulation, data analysis, computer processes, files importing and exporting.
• Garage Door or Building Products knowledge a plus.
• Strong process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, experience a plus.
• Strong aptitude for learning new systems, processes, and industries.
• Strong training development and execution experience required.

• Acting as a project lead for the ASD ORACLE implementation, ensuring consistent processes and activities are followed across the entire plant network.
• Facilitate and lead workshops and discussions for ASD Standardization and ORACLE process alignment within the Order Management area.
• Work with contracted, corporate, and localized resources to:
  
  
  • Provide guidance and best practices for Order Management activities within Oracle EBS and Infor CPQ.
  • Develop processes and procedures to ensure the proper implementation for long-term use of ORACLE modules within the entire Order Management workstream.
  • Document and standardize the processes across all ASD facilities.
  • Promote the active integration of technology into business processes to improve people and system efficiencies.
  • Support the completion of test cycles prior to Go-live.
  • Support and facilitate on-site end user training.
