Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, First Shift

UC Health is hiring a full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for the Talent Acquisition department for first shift at the UC Health Business Center.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will work within UC Health's Human Resources organization as part of the internal Talent Acquisition team with the primary responsibility of sourcing and recruiting quality talent into the system. They will collaborate closely with business and HR leaders to fully understand the area of the organization they support and consultatively recommend and execute effective recruitment strategies and tactics. This role is ideal for a person who has experience working as part of a highly visible and engaged Talent Acquisition team.

  • Demonstrated talent acquisition proficiency with a minimum of 3-5 years full life-cycle experience.
    • Healthcare recruiting experience preferred but not required.


  • Bachelor's Degree, required

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to consultatively advise business leaders

  • Analytical acumen with the capability to story tell with data

  • Be the subject matter expert for your defined area of recruitment and create and execute candidate attraction strategies to hire top talent into the organization.

  • Articulate a compelling value proposition to engage with talent and establish and ensure an outstanding candidate experience is maintained throughout the entire recruitment life cycle.

  • Conduct interviews to assess technical competencies and soft skills, and competently present the most qualified candidate/slates to hiring leader(s).

  • Uphold a firm understanding of key KPIs and metrics and manage candidate requisition lifecycle in ATS with highest accuracy and timeliness to ensure data integrity for reporting.

  • Maintain knowledge of all industry trends to ensure compliance to all recruitment guidelines.

  • Listen to, understand, and anticipate the needs and motivations of all stakeholders.

  • Provide guidance and consultation on recruitment process, policy, technology, industry trends and best practices.

  • Advise and influence hiring managers utilizing insightful data that shapes recruitment approach and decision making.

  • Communicate consistently and proactively with stakeholders and broader TA Team to ensure alignment and remove barriers.


Candidate Sourcing, Engagement and Experience

  • Build and maintain (keep warm) candidate pipelines, selling prospective candidates on UC Health as an employer of choice.

  • Leverage advanced recruiting tools, technologies, and techniques to identify and proactively source top talent, utilizing insights, benchmarks, and analytics.

  • Partner collaboratively with broader talent acquisition team (Pipelining and Preboarding) to meet/exceed all performance standards and provide an excellent candidate experience.

  • Attend and support Talent Acquisition activities including hiring and community events as needed.


Projects and Continuous Improvement:

  • Support HR, TA and/or organizational projects and continuous improvement initiatives, as defined.

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with all hiring leaders, peers, and team members within UC Health.

  • Other Duties as Assigned
