The Opportunity

• Up to $100,000 sign on bonus for qualified candidates.
• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Family Practice or Emergency Medicine trained physicians. Internal Medicine trained physicians with procedural and pediatric experience will be considered as well.
• Current IL state license is a plus.

HSHS St. Elizabeth's Convenient Care -O'Fallon, Illinois

• HSHS St. Elizabeth's Convenient Care is associated with the HSHS St. Elizabeth Hospital that recently joined the Vituity family.
• Open 7 days a week from 8AM to 8 PM.
• Opportunity to work at three sites: HSHS St. Elizabeth's Convenient Care, St. Joseph's PrimeCare and St. Anthony's Convenient Care.
