Your Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Supervisor to oversee the construction of gas and chemical systems for our customers semiconductor facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring employee compliance with safety and quality standards. The Project Supervisor will work closely with cross-functional operations and project teams to ensure the successful completion of the project within specified timelines and budgetary constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage the construction and demolition of gas and chemical systems for the semiconductor facility, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget with a team of engineers and technicians.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure the timely delivery of milestones within project including start up and commissioning of equipment required for the project.
Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans.
Manage project risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards throughout the construction process.
Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management on a regular basis.
Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality results.
Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, budget, and resource utilization.
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, etc.) or Construction Management
1+ years' experience as a Project Manager in semiconductor facility construction, with a focus on gas and chemical systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
In-depth knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to gas and chemical systems in semiconductor manufacturing
Pay Range for this position - $49,500 - $148,900
