ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIVITIES:

• Provide full administrative support to the NA Sales Team leadership (including travel and expenses)


• Organize meetings and events for customers


• Manage schedules for managers and arrange Outlook schedule / diaries as requested by the manager


• Proactive contribution to business system and process improvement for the team e.g. meeting minutes, management of electronic files and Microsoft Teams Channels


• Screen, prioritize and effectively manage information flow of the managers - during vacation periods


• Provides updating support to the team with regards to the CRM system - Sales Force.com

BUSINESS/SALES SUPPORT:

• Coordinate the onboarding of new sales team members (administrative tasks and access to tools/databases)


• Initiate customer sample requests through Salesforce.com and execute sample delivery to the customers


• Enter pricing requests into Salesforce.com upon sales request, draft pricing proposal for approval and send pricing proposals to the customers


• Initiate and enter CDA/MTA (confidentiality and material transfer agreements) request (iCertis data base) and follow-up approval process internally and with the Customers


• Tracking support of customer supply agreements through the appropriate database


• Coordinate sales team's access to My BD Library and other Sales & Marketing tools


• Manage cross-functional team meeting with sales leader and support tracking of hot topics


• Support special projects within the team as needed


• Tradeshow support as needed
