Hays is partnering with a leading professional service and investment management company specializing in commercial real estate. We are seeking an exceptional Property Manager to oversee an office and laboratory facility of approximately 827,000 square feet in the Riverside area.
Your new role
- Financial Oversight: Ensure the preparation of accurate and comprehensive financial statements, along with detailed operating and leasing metrics.
- Vendor Coordination: Efficiently manage vendors to guarantee services are delivered in a timely and dependable fashion.
- Strategic Development: Actively assist in the development and execution of operational strategies for the properties you're responsible for.
- Tenant Relations: Maintain strong relationships with tenants, with a focus on achieving and sustaining the highest levels of satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Commercial Property Management.
- Proficiency in managing institutional financial reporting requirements.
- Possession of CFM, FMP, or SFP certification.
- Familiarity with MRI, Yardi, and Kardin software is highly valued.
- A Real Estate License is preferred.
