What You'll Do:



  • Kick Off the Day: Lead morning briefings to set priorities, update on safety, and address maintenance needs.


  • Master Work Orders: Prioritize and delegate maintenance tasks for peak efficiency.


  • Facility Inspections: Conduct thorough walkthroughs to spot and resolve issues, from equipment malfunctions to safety hazards.


  • Ensure Safety: Uphold and exceed safety standards set by Cushman & Wakefield and relevant authorities.


  • Data & Reports: Dive into maintenance data, pinpoint improvement areas, and craft insightful reports for leadership.


  • Lead the Team: Mentor and develop maintenance technicians, offering guidance, feedback, and training.


What We're Looking For:


  • Proven Leadership: 3+ years in a leadership role with experience managing KPIs and maintenance programs. A knack for motivating and guiding a team is a must.


  • Safety Savvy: Strong grasp of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance. Experience in safety training is a plus.


  • Educational Background: A 4-year degree with 3 years of leadership experience, or 5 years of leadership experience if you don't have a degree. Relevant fields include mechanical or electrical engineering, facilities management, or similar.


Perks & Pay:


  • Salary: $95,000 - $116,000 annually, with a 10% bonus incentive.


  • Shifts: Choose from 4x12-hour shifts, either 4:00 PM - 4:30 AM or 4:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Shifts are Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday. Flexibility is key!
