Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Operations Engineer in Camden, NJ.

Key Tasks:

• IT Operations Engineer will review system documentation and design descriptions


• Provide operability review for systems specifically during off-normal conditions


• Define system and component maintenance requirements and approaches


• Assist and review HMIs and provide operator insight


• Assist in developing refueling sequences and ensure systems can accommodate shutdown and refueling operations


• As an IT Operations Engineer, you will assist engineers in developing a radwaste management plan and develop equipment design requirements to handle solid radwaste operations


• Review mechanical drawings to ensure operability during the refueling process


• Support development of Safety Analysis Report contents and regulatory interactions

REQUIREMENTS:

• 7+ years of Commercial experience, specifically reactors


• Effective communication, organizational and interpersonal skills


• Excellent attention to detail and capable of producing error-free documents


• Strong problem-solving and computer skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
