Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a User Experience Researcher.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic studies


• Data Analysis: Analyze research data to generate insights and actionable recommendations for product improvements


• Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to integrate research findings into the design and development process


• Reporting: Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders


• Persona Development: Develop user personas and journey maps to illustrate user needs and experiences


• Usability Testing: Plan, conduct, and analyze usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness of product designs


• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest UX research methodologies and industry trends to continuously improve research practices

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field


• 2-3 years of experience in UX research or a related field


• Familiarity with design thinking and user-centered design principles


• Proficiency in UX research tools and software (e.g., User Testing, Optimal Workshop, etc.)


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
