Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Arlington, VA that is seeking a Senior Data Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights


• The Senior Data Analyst will develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)


• Perform data validation and ensure data integrity


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions


• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions


• As a Senior Data Analyst, you will create and maintain detailed documentation of data processes and analysis


• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis


• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar


• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Excellent communication and presentation skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Experience with SQL and data visualization techniques is a plu.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
