Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager Tech in Redmond, WA.

Responsibilities:

• Works with Curriculum Managers and other trainers to identify specific business needs and propose training solutions


• Assess the needs of target audiences


• Designs, develops, writes, and maintains courseware, primarily using e-learning authoring tools to create interactive and engaging content, including videos, quizzes, simulations, and more


• Design and develop supporting materials such as slides, handouts, lab instructions, and lab solutions for courses that emphasize task-oriented duties


• Maintains awareness of external seminars, training programs, and relevant literature


• Collecting, organize, and analyze data and program metrics

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years of related experience


• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) to incorporate their expertise into various types of training


• Experience researching learning and development (and/or leadership development) information


• Experience in developing learning-centered, performance-based programs for diverse audiences across different environments


• Broad experience in developing and delivering e-learning programs


• Extensive experience in technical communications (writing and editing)


• Experience working with clients, subject matter experts, and development team members to create tailored learning programs


• Expertise in instructional design, including needs assessment, learner, context, and task analyses, and capturing documentation to track program progress


• May require knowledge or experience with one or more major technologies, such as database design and development, networking, client-server applications, security, multimedia, etc.


• Experience working with media such as video and video editing


• Experience with PPT, Word, Excel


• Proficiency in MS Office required


• High level of organization, planning, prioritization, and attention to detail


• Strong communication skills, initiative, and independence in researching course needs for target audiences


• Strong customer service orientation required


• Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies preferred

Optional:

• Power BI experience


• Experience developing training deployments with responsive design/mobile learning platforms such as Articulate Storyline

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
