Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

A client with Kforce is seeking a Project Manager to join their team onsite in Cincinnati, Ohio (OH) Monday through Friday.

Summary:
In this role, the Project Manager for the Master Data Management (MDM) program will lead the project management, reporting and monitoring, communication, and pipeline management of the initiative. This role is within the Enterprise Data Governance Office and will be reporting to the Director of Master Data Management who will be starting with WP in late August.

REQUIREMENTS:

• PMP certification


• Typically requires fifteen or more years of work experience managing technical projects in financial services or a related industry, or in a related technical field (e.g., application development, technology integration, business analysis, client technology consulting), or an equivalent combination of education and experience


• Rally experience


• Microsoft Office experience


• Very skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint


• Expert knowledge of project management and technical specialty


• Exceptional written and oral executive communication


• Skilled in leading and organizing communication processes and mechanisms across teams, problem identification and resolution


• Sense of urgency

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
