RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a System Application Support Analyst in Chicago, IL.

Overview:
Individuals in the System Application Support Analyst role are responsible for serving as liaisons between IT, software vendor(s) and the Commercial Lending line of business. They collect, analyze, document, communicate business requirements, and develop/configure systems, such as Abrigo, to achieve business goals. System Application Support Analysts continually seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction, deepen relationships, and effectively manage client expectations.

Key Accountabilities:


  • Collaborate with Line of Business and technical resources to ensure features and functionality are developed according to business requirements and client needs are appropriately incorporated

  • As a System Application Support Analyst, you will complete use cases and user stories to guide application development efforts working closely with the development teams and business teams to ensure successful implementation

  • Evaluate existing business processes against industry standards, identify areas for improvement and facilitate conversations with the business to drive actionable change in alignment with state priories and key results







REQUIREMENTS:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field

  • 3-5 years of relevant technical and business work experience required

  • Knowledge of business operations and system requirements processes required

  • Must have a working knowledge of the Commercial Lending line of business to provide best in class level service

  • Experience with administration of loan origination systems, preferably Abrigo, and other banking systems

  • Initiative and ability to build relationships with system stakeholders, team and effectively collaborate and mentor

  • Excellent organizational, data gathering, documentation and follow-up skills

  • Computer skills, including experience with banking systems: Excel, Word, Visio, and other software

  • Proven track record in meeting deadlines, quickly and accurately troubleshooting issues, problem-solving and communicating with other business units

  • Position may require the need to travel to other banking center or meeting locations

Key Measures of Success/Key Deliverables:

  • Successful rollout of Commercial lending transformation platform

  • Well-documented standard operating procedures for new platform

  • Successful ability to partner with business unit to maintain a roadmap for continued delivery

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
