RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities:
- Network Test Engineer will perform testing and validation of network devices, focusing on DOCSIS technologies
- Conduct thorough testing of cable, device, and voice systems to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to routing, switching, and firewalls within the network
- As a Network Test Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network components
- Provide detailed documentation of test results and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Work independently to manage and prioritize testing tasks in a dynamic environment
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with access networking and DOCSIS technologies
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including routing and switching
- Strong background in network testing, with the ability to contribute with minimal training
- Familiarity with firewalls and their role in network security
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cable, device, and voice system testing
- Familiarity with voice technologies and their integration within networks
- Knowledge of CCNA certification is a plus, but hands-on experience is more critical
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
