RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager in Greenwood Village, CO.

Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team in the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and project management, with specific experience in contact centers, third-party vendor management, and JIRA.

Responsibilities:

• Program Manager will lead and manage the development of a custom JIRA intake platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives


• Oversee contact center projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation of initiatives


• Collaborate with third-party vendors to manage project timelines, deliverables, and integration efforts


• As a Program Manager, you will document requirements and work closely with product and business analysis teams to ensure accurate project documentation


• Track project status, manage risks, and ensure all deliverables are met within scope and budget


• Facilitate team-oriented activities, including weekly culture calls and monthly sharing sessions, to promote team cohesion and transparency

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in program/project management


• Experience working on a contact center environment


• Strong experience with JIRA, particularly in building or managing custom platforms


• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a team-oriented approach


• Proficient in requirements gathering and documentation, with experience in product or business analysis


• Demonstrated ability to work with third-party vendors, managing project timelines and deliverables

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with chatbot, IVR, IVA, or conversational AI technologies


• Prior experience working on chatbot technologies, even if not immediately implemented


• Extensive experience in integration projects


• Agile certification is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
