Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is looking for Senior Systems Engineer to come aboard a contract opportunity with one of our Fortune 500 clients in Saint Louis, MO.

Day to day responsibilities of this the role and a description of the project:

• Senior Systems Engineer will research and assist on fax tech and telco projects


• Support Disaster Recovery efforts


• Communicate and assistance users with faxing issues


• As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will communicate issues and work directly with vendor to resolve large issues


• Weekly on call rotation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education Requirement: AA


• Education Preferred: BA


• Requires a senior level knowledge of e-fax and telecommunications


• Advanced On-perm FAXCOM, RIGHTFAX, e-fax support experience


• Knowledge of hosted solutions/Telcom


• Remote Windows Server management


• ServiceNow


• Software Skills Required: Communication, Time Management, Problem-solving, and Critical thinking

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• SQL query writing


• Automation/PowerShell


• Telecommunications


• Excel

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
