Subcontract Administrator at SAK Construction, LLC in O Fallon, Missouri

Job Description:

SAK Construction has an immediate need for a Subcontract Administrator at our headquarters in O'Fallon, MO. The Subcontract Administrator supports Project Managers and General Managers administratively, as well as being primarily responsible for all subcontractor payments and compliance nationwide. Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative, accounting, and subcontract compliance support to Project Managers and General Managers in all regions within SAK Construction, LLC & Affholder, LLC
• Maintain a subcontract database pertaining to all job-related payments and subcontractors with special payment terms.
• Act as the primary liaison between the subcontractors and SAK Construction/Affholder for customer payment communication.
• Prepare, track, and maintain subcontractor lien waivers and other documentation.
• Assist the rest of the subcontract team with subcontract creation, invoice entry, or any other job duties, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with subcontractors
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, primarily Office and Excel
• Knowledge of Vista by ViewPoint beneficial
• Knowledge of DocuSign, myCOI, and CorPay beneficial
• Has great professional communication skills, both verbally and written
