Intro and job overview:

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for documenting, planning, managing, and successfully implementing a Hosted Managed Services platform within scope, schedule, and budget. The Senior Project Manager is involved from the initial sales cycle through business process analysis, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and implementation. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing expectations to ensure a successful delivery for all stakeholders. This role requires up 25% travel.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• College/University Degree
• 10+ years of external client facing technical project management with large financial services clients.
• 10+ years of experience working for a SaaS based software solutions company.
• Project Management Professional Certification
• Proven track record of large client management with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of tightly managing scope within large and complex projects.
• Proven track record of pre-sales support and business process consulting.
• Ability to foster motivation and collaboration within the project team to meet client expectations.
• Ability to understand and articulate solution business value and impact to client stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Experience delivering or managing Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions.
• Experience delivering a Managed Services based software solution.
• Experience working within a large retail banking or insurance environment.
• Additional certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster, Agile Certified Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Experience with JIRA and Salesforce
