What You'll Do



  • Embed in sales pursuits to lead & support between Partner Sales, Sales, Account Leadership, pursuit team, local market, & global capabilities

  • Drives client-facing conversations to inform client requirements & scope, win themes, & strategic objectives

  • Cultivate relationships with our Alliance partner sales and solution engineering/solution architecture teams

  • Crafts probing content & guides pursuit team on next steps when faced with incomplete information, in competitive situations & to demonstrate Customer Love

  • Define, lead &/or support the scope & approach of engagement to meet or exceed client needs

  • Accounts for the full resource model to deliver scope including roles/levels, rates & margins

  • Document, prioritize, & socialize assumptions & levers that impact scope & estimates to internal & external audiences.

  • Leads or supports the pursuit lead & proposal manager in the creation of client-facing proposal content,

  • Recommends or authors Slalom created assets & offerings in the sales cycle

  • Identify needs for cross-practice collaboration, or outreach for capability-specific support

  • Manage follow-ups, escalations, & working sessions to finalize a cohesive estimate, incorporating preferences across practices & capabilities when necessary.

  • Drafts scope, timeline, & dependencies/assumptions for the SOW

  • Assist in sales to delivery handoff activities, ensuring appropriate knowledge transfer to engagement & delivery solution lead; stay involved in delivery (based on staffing model).

  • Achieve personal utilization of 40%




What You'll Bring



  • Strategic thinking with a proven track record of growing strategic partnerships. Prior experience working with Snowflake in a similar role is preferred.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with industry leaders, practitioners, and sales teams.

  • Presents a cross-disciplinary 'elevator pitch' of Slalom local & global capabilities

  • Strong project management skills with experience in developing and executing strategic plans that drive growth and revenue.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of creating compelling content and delivering impactful presentations.

  • Possesses a deep understanding of the alliance partner platform and ecosystem and serves as SME to local markets & on client-facing pursuits

  • Bring relevant technical certifications/qualification for area of expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $161,000 to $258,000. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
