Job Description:

Responsible for leading and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote the company's products and servicesOversees, in coordination with Senior Management, short and long-term strategic marketing planningUpdates and monitors the feasibility of strategic plans on an on-going basisResearches and analyzes environmental and competitive conditions, customer needs, and market trendsDesigns strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and ensures that strategic plans complement market place needsFormulates the marketing budgetEnsures that marketing activities are cost effective, efficient, and within established budget constraintsDevelops and manages a plan to build brand awarenessCreates engaging and informative content for the website, blog, social media, and any other content marketing channels that the business might leverageDirects Social Media advertising and engagement strategyDevelops a brand guideMaintains current knowledge of industry trends, opportunities, channels, products, and competitors to support business development opportunitiesDevelops and monitors critical digital marketing KPIs to insure continued growth from an ecommerce perspectiveExperienced with Marketing cloud and how to best leverage it within the businessExpereienced with Salesforce (CRM) and how to best leverage it froma a marketing standpointWorks closely with Product Management to identify potential new products and services which may increase penetration into new marketsDevelops and manages advertising and public relations programsLeads trade show process, and monitors other opportunities and special offersCompletes special projects as assignedTrains associates on best practice methodsParticipates in performance evaluation process of direct reportsKeeps management informed of area activities and of any significant problems or concernsDevelops annual and five year operating and financial plans in conjunction with the management teamEnsures that marketing functions are completed in accordance with established procedures and applicable regulationsAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
