Job Description:

Established Denver law firm has an immediate opening for a full-time Litigation Paralegal to join their insurance defense practice. Candidates must have at least 3 years of Colorado civil litigation case management experience. Fantastic opportunity to join a diligent and congenial team of legal professionals!



Job Duties Include:

• Perform all aspects of case management with minimal supervision.


• Draft court documents for the various stages of the litigation process.


• E-File in state and federal courts.


• Docketing/calendaring all deadlines.


• Document management for large case files.


• Schedule meetings and depositions.


• Handle time entry.


• Generate expense reports and assist with client billing.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience in a law firm setting.


• Knowledge of Colorado and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.


• Experience e-filing in state and federal courts.


• Strong proofreading and document editing/formatting skills.


• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs.


• Insurance defense experience is preferred.


• Applicants must currently reside in the Denver metro area and be able to commute daily to the firm's office in downtown Denver.

Offering a base salary of $60,000 - $70,000 and comprehensive benefits package.
