Job Description:
Ledgent Technology is looking for a Help Desk Technician to work a hybrid schedule with our client in Shelton, CT.
You will be providing technical support to clients. Some travel to client sites will be required.
This will be a contract-to-hire opportunity.
Job Requirements:
- 2-4 years of IT Help Desk experience
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with Office365 and Microsoft technologies
- Experience working with Active Directory and password resets
- Experience using ticketing software
