Job Description:

Ledgent Technology is looking for a Level 2 Service Desk Technician to work on-site 5 days a week in Rocky Hill, CT.


You will be answering technical support calls, handling ticket queues, and collaborating with vendors to resolve issues.


This will be a contract-to-hire opportunity.


Job Requirements:


  • 2-3 years of IT Help Desk experience

  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and communication skills

  • Experience with Office365 and Microsoft technologies

  • Experience working with Active Directory and password resets

  • Basic network and server knowledge (DHCP, DNS, Hardware, Routing, etc.)



Preferred Qualifications:


  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+

  • Associate or Bachelors degree in IT field

  • Prior experience working in an MSP environment
