Responsibilities:

• General cost accounting and related organizational duties.


• Monthly balance sheets, income & loss statements preparation.


• Maintaining the general ledger & assisting in month-end closures.


• Reconciling financial accounts, bank & cash disbursement accounts.


• Assisting auditors, filing tax forms, and coordinating software maintenance.


• Managing purchasing and invoicing systems.

Job Specifications:

• Strong excel preferred


• Proficiency in MS Office, and accounting software


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset

Pay DOE 58K to 60K
