Job Description:

Our client located in Tucker, GA is looking for a Contract Accounts Receivable Clerk to start immediately!




Salary: $22-$25/hr.




Responsibilities

• Perform manual Sales Tax calculations for invoicing.


• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures


• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables data


• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients

Skills

• Proven working experience in high volume, B2B accounts receivable.


• MUST have experience performing manual sales tax calculations for customer invoicing.


• Experience with Excel & Netsuite or other ERP system.


• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
