Job Description:

Our non-profit client is growing and adding an Accounts Payable Specialist to the team! This organization provides amazing advancement opportunities to members of our community in addition to a wonderful work culture.


As the AP Specialist you will be responsible for the following:

• Process high volume of invoices including data entry, matching, and batching


• Reconciliations, check runs, and employee reimbursements


• Vendor communication including W9s, new vendor set up and changes


• Additional duties as requested

As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you bring the following:

• 3+ years of full cycle AP experience


• Experience with an ERP system


• Amazing attitude and team player

This role is fully onsite in Gresham Oregon, Compensation is $24-26hr with advancement opportunities, generous benefits, including 20 days off per year, low cost benefits for family, and retirement benefits with match.
