Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via Zendesk, addressing order-related questions promptly, handling product inquiries, and resolving complaints or concerns through both email and chat.


• Answer customer service phone calls, providing information about orders, placing orders, processing payments, and assisting with website or product-related inquiries.


• Track orders and coordinate communication with shipping carriers.


• Manage return processes, including providing shipping labels, checking in returned items, and issuing refunds.


• Utilize various software systems to document customer interactions and solutions provided.


• Collaborate with the team and management to identify areas for improvement, recurring issues, and emerging trends.


• Assist with general customer service duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience is required. Retail/Restaurant experience is acceptable.


• Experience with Zendesk is a plus, but not required.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.


• Strong capacity to learn, retain, and communicate product knowledge.


• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on solutions.

Additional Info:

• Pay: $20-$23/hr


• Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday


• Location: In-office 100%


• Duration: Temporary contract starting 10/14 or 11/4 through February.
